death's advocate status report: Forum admin, discord mod, design team founder/member. I did most of our early marketing/community gathering. Lots of discord organization, and community mangement, but have since taken a step back now that we have people for that. And I keep our reddit post updated. Design Team Efforts: I pushed out a bunch of early voting and engaged a lot of discussion. Sibon since sort of halted progression in favor of getting .6 as is out and tested before moving onto changes. 2/1 Draw: Early on 2draw makes sense and will remain for awhile. Bulk of design team favors 2draw, community still leans towards 1 draw. It will likely ultimately come down to a big community vote eventually, but until we are much farther along and to the point we need to make big choices/have all the base framework done we are just not going to worry about it. This week I have largely been busy and or unmotivated, but I have kept up with things, and made sure our discord/forums are up to date.
all dev documentation on git - starting wiki github.com/Duelers/Duelerssmall, frequent releases over one large release hotseat is satisfied with multiple clients and and challenge mode highest priority feature: UI spell targeting (see issues on github) march 31 release has changed to public stress test with tournament - so far discord and friendly community only, not for public yet discussion of project future -- smash's vision: recreation of duelyst in open source to allow others to expand on it, and that current project is the framework for any future "spiritual successor"

roll call + status: acp - missed last week DeathsAdvocate - design team, cards, media updates Dio - custom card support, implemented needs testing Hopper - testing Jim - nothing poly - watching anime smash - everything, getting ready for release
github for project management working, need more participation in issues, sunset trello project management board, still using for design team
march 31 release delay - need new cards added and testing - ask again next week
public stress test/tournament ~90 mins/designer for initial work/notwork testing - estimated to be done by 5th - attempt in house tournament on 5th of april ~unknown timeframe for balance testing
argentum age outreach - car/board game open source going for ?years - anteron input
github issue list discussion - more participation - get other team members looking over lists - milestones map to issues
roadblock/issue open discussion - integrating quazz work - maser left, need to migrate servers - dio+mumu? - report next week - deadline ~10th april

Meeting Notes April 26, 2020
Dio, Smash, and Sibon have tried out masers python with js frontend project. Mechanically it seems sound, but the UI still has a long way to go before a public release. The old project has been surpassed, but the new one wont be available publicly until it has its key features (roughly 1 week)
Jim is working on making dooley in unity, looks super pretty. Trying to spread the word to old and or new devs since unity seems to be more popular than Java. Jim would like help because otherwise progress will be slow. While it is somewhat independent for now, the purpose is to replace js as the frontend for masers work.
